Concrete Crushing & Disposal in Kelowna
TNT Services Kelowna offers a streamlined, sustainable way to dispose of concrete and asphalt across the Central Okanagan. Whether you’re clearing a driveway, demolishing a building, or managing a roadworks program, we turn broken concrete, asphalt, bricks, and pavers into high-value recycled aggregate. Choose fast drop-off at our Lake Country site or bring us to your job with mobile contract crushing and screening. Backed by in-house trucking & hauling, we keep bins rotating, piles moving, and schedules on track—so you spend less time waiting and more time building.
Why Recycle Concrete and Asphalt?
Recycling isn’t just good for the environment—it’s smart project management. Crushed concrete (RCA) and reclaimed asphalt (RAP) reduce landfill volume, cut tipping and import costs, and provide dependable base and backfill for driveways, parking lots, utility trenches, and building pads. By processing locally, we shorten haul distances and carbon impact while ensuring consistent gradations for compaction and drainage. For owners and builders, those factors translate to fewer truck trips, cleaner sites, and clearer documentation for permits and sustainability goals.

On-Site Contract Crushing & Screening
For quarries, subdivisions, and major redevelopments, our mobile plant produces spec material at your location. We set up safely, establish feed and stockpile zones, and run steady production with magnets for steel removal and multi-deck screening for clean gradations. Our experienced operators coordinate with your superintendent to adjust blends as the design evolves, and our hauling team handles export or recirculation for sub-base, trench backfill, or RAP stock.
Typical Outputs We Produce
- 3" minus structural fill for road and lot build-up
- 1.5" minus base for driveways, pads, and trench backfill
- Reclaimed asphalt (RAP) blends for base and temporary surfacing
- Custom gradations on request (subject to feed, spec, and QC)
How to Prepare Your Load (Save Time & Money)
- Sort by material: Keep asphalt separate from concrete for faster tipping and better pricing.
- Limit contamination: Remove soil, sod, garbage, foam, insulation, and plastic where practical.
- Manage steel: We accept rebar; separating excessive steel and mesh speeds unloading.
- Size matters: If possible, break oversized slabs to manageable pieces; we also accept oversized at a different rate.
- Call ahead: Send a photo of the load and any special considerations—our team will confirm the best approach on arrival.
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
Production plans include equipment separation, traffic flow, and dust management. For on-site crushing, we coordinate utility locates, access protections, and environmental controls. We track inbound materials and outbound recycled aggregates so owners, builders, and municipalities have clear records for permit close-out and sustainability reporting.

Concrete Crushing & Disposal FAQs
Can I drop off mixed loads?
Mixed loads are accepted at a different rate and may require extra sorting. Keeping asphalt and concrete separate will reduce costs and time on site.
Do you accept rebar and wire mesh?
Yes. Rebar concrete is priced separately. Removing excessive steel, wire mesh, and embedded fixtures ahead of time speeds unloading and keeps rates down.
How are rates calculated?
We price by ton and material type. During scale commissioning, we can quote by box or trailer—just call ahead with a photo and approximate volume.
Can you crush on my site and haul away the excess?
Absolutely. We provide mobile crushing and screening plus coordinated hauling for export or delivery of recycled aggregates where they’re needed next.
Do you sell recycled aggregates?
Yes—availability varies with production. Ask about 3" minus, 1.5" minus, and RAP blends for pickup or delivery.
